Elder Law
“To care for those who once cared for us is one of the highest honors.”
-Tia Walker
Death or abuse of an elderly loved one is a thought most of us do not like to consider. However there comes a time where these thoughts and talks become inevitable. Therefore, the best thing that can be done is to have a plan for care in place before it’s too late. Some things to consider:
- Do you have a will?
- Do you have a living will?
- Do you have a power of attorney for financial decisions?
- Do you have a power of attorney for health decisions?
- Do you have long term care insurance?
And perhaps most important, are all of these documents in the same place? Will a loved one know where all of this information is if something were to happen? Remember, life comes at you fast and at Pasko Law we want to help you get ready for it. Give us a call at: (260) 220-1030 for a consultation and let’s work together.
