About Pasko Law
Pasko Law is a Fort Wayne, Indiana based law practice focused on focused on providing equal access to justice. There are so many people who may appear to have financial wealth but are in reality just barely making ends meet- especially in today’s economic climate. We do not do pro bono- what we do is considered low-bono. We strive to fill in the gap for those who may not have the thousands of dollars to pay for an attorney but who make too much to qualify for legal aid. We offer sliding fee rates based on family income for certain areas of law as well as limited scope representation. We want to understand your situation, and are here to help guide you, give us a call today and let’s discuss the available options for moving forward.

“We’ve got a responsibility to live up to the legacy of those who came before us by doing all that we can to help those who come after us.” -Michelle Obama
Robyn has a passion for justice and an urge to help usher in change within the justice system.

While in law school Robyn helped to draft Sierra Leone’s criminal procedure bill, as they worked to reform their then current procedure. In addition, she created a documentary, “Breaking the Pipeline.” This documentary focused on South Bend, Indiana and how they are dealing with the school to prison pipeline in their area. At this time, she also began working with the NAACP legal redress committee.

Now with the opening of Pasko Law, Robyn can continue the unending work of helping to make justice accessible to all.
